You run a Grok Bot through messages, the way you would brief a colleague. Sign it in to your accounts once and it browses your apps and websites from a persistent cloud computer, then reports back only when a decision belongs to you.

In practice, you type 'work through the Zendesk queue', head into a meeting, and the queue shrinks on its own. That is a job usually handled by customer support tools running pre-written scripts. Memory is the other big shift. Files, browser sessions and preferences stay in place between tasks, and each Bot learns how you like the work delivered.
